The format is open and you are encouraged to be creative.
Ensure the following information is contained in your document.
Name/age/address/program/personal short term goal/your class expectations/expected grade and corresponding behavior/actions that you believe can earn you that desired grade.
This assignment does not have to be anything complicated. It is just an exercise for me to get to know you better and for you to verbalize your plan of action for the semester's activities. I look forward to a productive semester.
